This achievement comes just 15 months after the company began mass production, representing an astonishing tenfold increase in manufacturing capacity.

The journey from concept to commercialization has been remarkably swift. While it took nearly a year (January to November 2025) to scale from 1,000 to 5,000 units, the subsequent leap to 10,000 units required just a few months. This acceleration suggests that critical manufacturing bottlenecks are being resolved.

"Scaling production is perhaps the greatest challenge in humanoid robotics," explains Peng Zhihui, Zhiyuan's co-founder and CTO. "Reaching 10,000 units validates our approach to precision manufacturing and flexible production lines."
