Bevel Raises $10M Series A to Advance AI Health Assistant Tech

Bevel Secures Major Funding Boost for AI Health Platform

In an era where health data remains siloed across multiple devices and applications, New York startup Bevel has announced a $10 million Series A funding round to develop its comprehensive AI health assistant solution. The investment was led by prominent venture firm General Catalyst.

Solving the Health Data Fragmentation Problem

Modern consumers face a significant challenge: while smartwatches track sleep, fitness apps monitor steps, and nutrition platforms log meals, there exists no unified system to analyze how these metrics interconnect. Bevel's artificial intelligence platform aims to bridge this gap by aggregating and interpreting disparate health data streams.

Rapid Growth and Expansion Plans

Since its founding just two years ago, Bevel has demonstrated remarkable traction:

  • Surpassed 100,000 daily active users
  • Become one of America's fastest-growing health applications
  • Established integrations with major platforms including Apple Health and continuous glucose monitors

The fresh capital will accelerate development of new features and expand compatibility with additional wearable brands like Garmin.

"Health management isn't about isolated metrics or short-term fixes," explained Grey Nguyen, Bevel's co-founder and CEO. "Our platform delivers holistic insights by understanding how sleep quality affects workout performance, or how nutrition impacts energy levels throughout the day."

Technical Capabilities and Future Roadmap

The AI assistant currently offers:

  1. Cross-platform data synchronization
  2. Predictive health analytics
  3. Personalized recommendation engine
  4. Behavioral pattern recognition

The company plans to introduce advanced machine learning models that can anticipate potential health issues before symptoms emerge.

Key Points:

  • $10M Series A led by General Catalyst
  • Focuses on AI-powered health data integration
  • Processes inputs from wearables & nutrition apps
  • Achieved 100k+ daily active users
  • Expanding device compatibility ecosystem
