AI Phones and PCs Lead China's Smart Device Revolution

China's AI Device Market Hits New Heights

New data reveals how artificial intelligence is transforming everyday gadgets across China. According to QuestMobile's latest report, we're witnessing a quiet revolution in how people interact with technology - and it's happening right in our pockets and homes.

Wearables Get Smarter

The numbers tell a compelling story: smart wearable apps now boast 159 million monthly active users, marking a healthy 12.8% year-over-year increase. What's particularly interesting is seeing which products are catching on. AI glasses, once considered futuristic, are gaining real traction - Xiaomi's glasses alone have attracted 256,000 active users. Meanwhile, iFlytek's AI earphones demonstrate the appetite for voice-controlled tech through their companion app "viaim," which counts 361,000 regular users.

Smart Homes Become the Norm

Walk through any urban Chinese neighborhood today, and you'll likely find homes humming with connected devices. The smart home user base has ballooned to an impressive 383 million, with each person interacting with their systems about 60 times per month on average. This explosive growth has turned the sector into a battleground for tech giants:

  • Xiaomi leads the pack with 114 million monthly active users
  • Huawei follows closely with 42.25 million engaged customers
  • Baidu and Alibaba continue making strides in smart speaker technology

The competition isn't just about who can sell the most devices - it's about who can create the most seamless ecosystem.

Cars Get an Intelligence Upgrade

The automotive sector isn't being left behind in this AI revolution. Today, nearly seven out of ten new vehicles come equipped with L2-level assisted driving as standard - a feature that was premium-grade just a few years ago. But automakers aren't stopping there:

  • Precise positioning systems now come installed in one-fifth of vehicles
  • High-precision maps appear in over 8% of cars

The result? Our vehicles are transforming into what analysts call "super space intelligent entities" that integrate seamlessly with our smart homes.

The report highlights embodied intelligence as the critical bridge between consumer applications and industrial uses of AI - attracting significant investment totaling over four hundred financing deals last year alone.

Key Points:

🌟 Central hubs - AI phones and PCs emerge as command centers for connected living 🏠 Home invasion - Smart home adoption reaches critical mass at 383 million users 🚗 Smarter rides - Assisted driving becomes standard while navigation tech evolves rapidly
