Tencent's ima AI Workspace Unveils New Features

Tencent's ima AI Workspace Introduces Innovative Features

Tencent's AI-powered knowledge management tool, ima, has rolled out four major updates designed to improve efficiency in learning and workflow. The new features include AI podcast generation, one-click folder imports, Xmind mind map integration, and content pinning in the knowledge base.

AI Podcast Generation

In response to the challenge of information overload, ima now offers an AI podcast feature that transforms lengthy documents into engaging audio content. Users simply upload a file, and the system generates a two-person dialogue-style podcast using Tencent's proprietary Hunyuan Large Model. This model ensures comprehensive coverage of key points while adding personalized introductions and background music for an enhanced listening experience.

The new one-click folder import functionality eliminates the need for manual file transfers. Users can now upload entire folders while preserving the original hierarchy, significantly reducing time spent on document organization.

Enhanced Knowledge Base Tools

ima now supports direct import of Xmind mind maps, allowing seamless integration of visual brainstorming tools into the knowledge base. Additionally, the content pinning feature enables users to highlight critical documents for quick access during collaborative sessions.
