The JD Digital Human service will offer a free version to new users, featuring five customizable digital avatars capable of conducting continuous livestreams. These AI hosts can synthesize up to 180 minutes of broadcast content while operating at just one-tenth the cost of human presenters. Early adopters report conversion rate improvements of up to 30%, with over 10,000 brands already generating more than 14 billion yuan in transactions through the platform.

For customer support, Jingxiao Zhi provides an intelligent system combining AI shopping assistants with end-to-end tracking services. During the upcoming 618 shopping festival, merchants can activate this tool without charge and enjoy a month-long trial of premium features including automated messaging and SMS follow-ups.

Content creation gets a boost through the Jingdian AIGC platform, which enables near-instant product image generation. The technology claims to increase production efficiency by 95% while offering batch processing for social media content and automated image editing functions. Video marketers aren't left behind either - JD's new remixing platform offers three months of free access with templates for converting text or images into professional promotional clips.

These innovations arrive as e-commerce competition intensifies across China's digital marketplace. Could AI-powered tools become the new standard for online retail? JD's move suggests they're betting big on automation as the future of merchant success.
