New approach: A prominent "Show More" button now serves as your gateway. Tap it, and you're immediately chatting with Google's assistant through a persistent "Ask" bar at the screen's bottom.
"We want asking questions to feel as natural as thinking them," explains Google's design team. While traditional search results remain useful starting points, the updated interface makes deeper inquiry effortless.
Global Expansion Underway
Simultaneously, Google's powerful Gemini3Pro model is crossing borders rapidly. Initially launched in the U.S., this technology now reaches English speakers across nearly 120 countries through Google Search.
Currently exclusive to Google AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers, activating Gemini3Pro requires:
- Opening the top-left menu dropdown
- Selecting "Thinking with 3Pro"
The model shines by generating dynamic responses - think interactive diagrams tailored to your query or customized simulations that explain complex concepts visually.
For creative tasks like image generation via Nano Banana Pro (yes, that's really its name), users must first ensure they're running Gemini3Pro mode before tapping the "+" menu.
