Taotian Group Puts AI Tools in Every Intern's Hands

Taotian's AI Revolution Starts with Its Interns

In a surprising move that's shaking up corporate tech culture, Taotian Group has thrown open its AI toolbox to every intern walking through its doors. Forget fetching coffee - these interns will be working with the same cutting-edge AI tools as senior engineers.

No More Second-Class Tech Citizens

The company's newly launched AI Productivity Plan eliminates the traditional hierarchy when it comes to technology access. Starting March 17, all employees - including interns - received authorization for multiple premium AI tools like the Wukong and Qoder series completely free of charge.

"We're not just giving them toys to play with," explains a Taotian spokesperson. "These are the same professional-grade tools our top developers use daily, from core R&D to routine office tasks."

Breaking Down Barriers with Token Quotas

What makes this initiative stand out is how Taotian handles access. Rather than complex approval processes, they provide direct Token quotas - essentially prepaid credits for using their AI systems. The company even reimburses expenses for external AI tools like BaiLian Coding Plan memberships.

This approach represents a major strategic shift. Where most companies cautiously test AI in isolated teams, Taotian is betting big on company-wide adoption. Their playbook? Start with the newest recruits.

Building an AI-Native Workforce from the Ground Up

The internship program tells an even more revealing story. For their 2027 intake, 90% of positions are technical roles - with three entirely new categories focused specifically on AI applications.

"We're not just hiring for today's needs," says HR director Li Wei. "We're cultivating an entire generation of professionals who think natively in terms of AI solutions."

Key Points:

  • Equal access: Interns get identical AI resources as full-time staff
  • No-cost premium tools: Wukong and Qoder series available company-wide
  • Token system: Simplifies access to complex AI models
  • Future-focused hiring: 90% technical roles with new AI-specific positions
