The Oakley series, priced at approximately $360 (RMB 2,586), is designed to cater to active lifestyles. Meta observed that users of its Ray-Ban smart glasses frequently capture moments during activities like tennis or skiing, prompting a focus on durability and performance for the new model.

The new glasses will share technical similarities with the Ray-Ban Meta glasses released in 2023. While specific details remain undisclosed, insiders suggest the product will appeal to sports enthusiasts. EssilorLuxottica Group, which owns brands like Ray-Ban and Oakley, has been collaborating with Meta since 2019.
