Honor's New AI Agent Cuts Costs While Boosting Security
Honor Takes the Wraps Off Revolutionary AI Agent
At their recent product showcase, Honor introduced something that could change how we interact with AI assistants. Their YOYO Claw technology isn't just another virtual helper - it's designed to tackle the major headaches plaguing current AI systems: complexity, cost, and security concerns.

Plug-and-Play AI Solution
What sets YOYO Claw apart is its ready-to-use approach. Instead of requiring users to build integrations from scratch, the system arrives with five main and 23 secondary 'lobster' modules pre-installed. Think of these as specialized digital assistants, each optimized for different tasks ranging from media operations to 3D printing projects.
"We wanted to remove the technical barriers," explained a Honor representative during the demo. "With YOYO Claw, you're getting an AI that works right out of the box."
Early tests show impressive results. Compared to similar systems like OpenClaw, YOYO Claw uses half the processing power while actually improving success rates from 89.5% to 94.5%.
Security Built In, Not Bolted On
Privacy concerns? Honor has addressed them with multiple protective layers:
- Application to driver-level safeguards
- Automatic high-risk operation blocking
- PIN verification for sensitive actions
- Local data storage keeping family information secure yet accessible
The system even includes a dedicated 'security lobster' that monitors activity around the clock.
The Expanding AI Ecosystem
YOYO Claw isn't operating in isolation. Since starting closed beta tests in March, Honor has demonstrated how the technology works across devices - from their own PCs and tablets to third-party systems. Soon, smartphone integration will arrive, letting users manage everything from their phones.
This development comes as competitors like Huawei and Xiaomi race to launch their own AI solutions. Huawei recently showed off lobster-raising capabilities on HarmonyOS phones, while Xiaomi's MiMo Claw is already available for public testing.

- 50% reduction in processing costs compared to similar systems
- 94.5% success rate in task completion
- 28 pre-installed modules eliminate complex setup
