What Can WorkBuddy Do?

WorkBuddy isn't just another chatbot. Once authorized by an enterprise admin, it taps into ten core capabilities: messages, documents, meetings, micro-drives, and more. Here's how it works in practice:

  • Message triage: WorkBuddy sorts unread messages and emails into "To Handle," "To Pay Attention To," and "Other," summarizing them with action items. No more drowning in notifications.
  • Context-aware forwarding: Select a work message in an Enterprise WeChat group and forward it to WorkBuddy. It automatically identifies referenced online documents, micro-drive files, schedules, to-do lists, meetings, and smart minutes.
  • Direct commands: Type commands in the input box to reference micro-drive files or ask WorkBuddy to send messages or share products to private or group chats. You'll confirm before anything is sent.

The WorkBuddy bot synchronizes context between the app and desktop, so you can switch devices mid-conversation. Scheduled tasks and message push switches let you set tasks to run on time and automatically push results back. In the document library, you can @mention and invite Enterprise WeChat members to collaborate—just like tagging a colleague.
