Imagine running a massive AI language model—one with 300 billion parameters—right on your desk, without ever touching the cloud. That’s exactly what E-MoKe claims its new EVO-X5 Pro mini PC can do. Unveiled at IFA 2026, this little box is packed with hardware that would make some workstations blush.
Under the Hood: Serious Power
At the heart of the EVO-X5 Pro sits AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ PRO495 processor. Built on the Zen5 architecture, it boasts 16 cores and 32 threads, boosting up to 5.2GHz. Paired with a Radeon 8065S integrated GPU (RDNA3.5, 40 compute units) and a dedicated NPU (XDNA2, 55 TOPS), the whole system churns out a staggering 131 TOPS of AI compute.
But the real star? The memory. You get up to 192GB of LPDDR5X-8533 unified memory with a bandwidth of 273GB/s. Up to 160GB can be dynamically allocated as VRAM, letting the GPU directly access huge datasets. Because the CPU and GPU share the same physical memory, the usual data-transfer bottleneck vanishes. In a live demo, E-MoKe ran the Qwen3.8-Flash-Next model, spitting out tokens at tens per second—smooth enough for real-time interaction.
Keeping It Cool and Connected
All that power needs serious cooling. E-MoKe equipped the EVO-X5 Pro with a VC heat plate and a triple-fan system to keep things stable under heavy loads. A physical F-MODE button on the front lets you switch between three TDP presets with a single touch.
Ports? You won’t be left wanting. The front hosts two USB4 ports, while the back adds two USB4 V2 ports—ready for external GPU docks or even clustering multiple units. Plus, there are dual 10Gbps Ethernet ports for blazing-fast networking.
When and How Much?
For now, E-MoKe is only planning a 192GB top-tier version, expected to launch in October 2026. No price has been announced yet. If you don’t need that much memory, the company says you can still opt for the previous generation Strix Halo series, which is available today.
