Oh, you think you've seen it all in the tech world? Think again. Wang Huiwen, heco-founder of Meituan, is back, and he's not here to play games. He’s diving headfirst into the deep end of artificial intelligence with his new squad, GN06. What’s the mission? Simple: Explore, innovate, and redefine the future of AI. And boy, are they onto something big!

The GN06 Dream Team: No Strings Attached

Think of GN06 as the wild child of Meituan’s AI endeavors. Huiwen’s team operates independently, free from the constraints of Meituan’s traditional business groups. This gives them the freedom to push boundaries, and oh, they’re pushing! From emotional AI companions to chatbots, GN06 is offering its crew limitless chances to xperimentwith AI. Want to tinker with the next big thing? Get in line.

Meet "Wow": The AI BFF You Didn’t Know You Needed

Here’s where things get spicy. Wow, launched in November 2023, is GN06’s brainchild—a standalone AI app that’s redefining how we interact with machines. Imagine this: You can customize your AI buddy’s looks, personality, and even voice tone. Yeah, it’s like your digital bestie, but cooler. Whether you need someone to chat with or just a virtual shoulder to cry on, Wow’s got your back.

Staffing Up: GN06 Is Ready to Expand

If you thought Huiwen’s ambitions stopped at a single AI app, think again. GN06 is on a hiring spree, and they’re looking for talent who can bring their A-game. Front-end, back-end, operations, you name it—they need it. Oh, and if you’ve got experience with overseas AI products? You might just be their next MVP.

Not Just Wow: Meet "Miaoshua"

By the way, Meituan isn’t putting all their eggs in one AI basket. They rolled out another app called Miaoshua in October 2024. This one’s all about AI-generated images. Users can pick from templates like Minions (because who doesn’t love those little yellow guys?) or block worlds, and then boom—upload a portrait or object, and watch the AI work its magic. Basically, it’s an AI-powered art factory, and the possibilities are endless.

Huiwen’s AI Obsession Started Early

Wang Huiwen isn’t new to this AI game. He’s been obsessed with the possibilities of AI since ChatGPT blew up in 2023. He even founded Beyond Infinity, a company dedicated to large-scale model development. Fast forward to now, and he’s back at Meituan, ready to lead them into the next frontier of AI. If you thought his first act was impressive, wait till you see what he’s cooking up now.
